Picking up what happened when Evangelos Kokkalis was standing up and Romain Lewis was dragging all his chips, it became apparent that Kokkalis couldn't beat Lewis'

Scott Bohlman opened the cutoff to 40,000 and Dermot Blain and Ronald Keijzer joined him from the blinds.
Bolhman continued on the

turn which was checked and Keijzer fired 125,000 on the 
river.
Bohlman paused for a while and then cut out a raise to 500,000. Blain folded but Keijzer quickly called.
"You win," Bohlman said as his bluff failed. Keijzer turned up 
and took down the big pot.
