Anderson Loses Some

There were about 10,000 chips in the pot and the board read when we got to the table. Calvin Anderson was in the cutoff and heads-up against a player in early position, who checked. Anderson bet 5,000 and his opponent called.

The fell on the river and both players checked. Anderson's opponent showed and his hand was good enough to win the pot.
