Tim McDermott opened for 55,000 first to act, Naoya Kihara made it 150,000 and the blinds folded. With action back on McDermott, he tanked awhile then softly said he was all in. It looked like around 800,000 and Kihara thought briefly and mucked.
Naoya Kihara raised under the gun to 100,000 and Scott Clements called on the button, as did Tim McDermott from the big blind.
The flop landed and Kihara continued for 50,000. Clements called, and McDermott check-raised to 100,000. Kihara made it three bets to go, and after Clements folded, McDermott called.
The and checked through on the turn and river, and McDermott tabled his for aces-up, and Kihara mucked.
Tim McDermott raised to 80,000 out of the small blind and Naoya Kihara defended. McDermott bet 55,000 on the flop and the checked through. McDermott checked the river and quickly folded to 210,000 from Kihara.
Just before that, Mike Ross dropped a couple of medium-sized pots in Omaha and is back in the six-figure range.
