Lakota Widens the Gap

Level 43 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante

Jan Lakota raised it up to 25,000 on the button and Sean Swingruber three-bet to 62,000 in the big blind. With the action back on Lakota, he four-bet jammed all in. Swingruber only had around 230,000 still in front of him and he gave it some thought for about two minutes. He eventually folded and slipped below the 20 big blind mark.

Lehr Regains The Lead

Level 44 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Through several pots, Keith Lehr has taken over the lead once more. Whenever Simon Burns limped, Lehr would raise big and scoop the pot and Burns returned the same favor. The only showdown hand was won by Burns when he called a min-raise and checked the {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop, Lehr checked back. Burns bet the {9-Clubs} turn for 40,000 and Lehr called, the {a-Spades} river was checked and Burns showed {k-Hearts}{7-Clubs}.

However, Lehr struck back and chipped up without showdown after. In a limped pot he called a bet of 25,000 on the {5-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} turn and Burns checked the {6-Diamonds} turn and Lehr bet 45,000 to force a fold.

Another limped pot saw Burns bet the {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Clubs} flop for 21,000 when checked to him, Lehr made the call. Lehr bet the {8-Spades} turn for 50,000 and Burns called, the {7-Hearts} on the river brought a bet of 90,000 by Lehr and Burns snap-folded.

Burns Gets One Through

Level 44 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Keith Lehr raised to 40,000 on the button and Simon Burns defended. The flop came {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Clubs} and both players checked to the {j-Hearts} on the turn.

Burns led out for 60,000 and Lehr called to see the {6-Spades} pair the board on the river. Burns moved all in for his remaining stack and Lehr gave it some thought but decided to fold. Burns collected the pot and took over the chip lead.

Swingruber Doubles Into the Lead

Level 45 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Sean Swingruber raised all in for 389,300 from the button and Jan Lakota tanked for a bit before he called with {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}, slightly trailing Singruber's {a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}.

The flop fell {j-Clubs}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}, giving Lakota the lead with a pair of jacks.

The {a-Hearts} turn fell, though, vaulting Swingruber ahead with a pair of aces.

The river was the {q-Diamonds}, no help to Lakota, locking up the pot for Swingruber.
