Set for Schwartz

Level 19 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

Jake Schwartz won a three-way pot that featured his raise first to act and two calls, but no betting action on a {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} board. Ed Vartughian in the big blind announced a pair of treys and Schwartz tabled the winner with {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}.

One hand later, David Benyamine raised in the cutoff and was called by Vartughian and Schwartz in the blinds.

The flop brought {q-Spades}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts} and was checked to Benyamine. His bet was called by Vartughian, Schwartz check-raised and both opponents called. After the {4-Clubs} turn, Vartughian checked, Schwartz bet and two calls followed. The {10-Diamonds} river was checked through and Schwartz announced a set and tabled {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} as the winning hand.
