It's called the Marathon for a reason and Day 5 of Event #26: $2,620 No-Limit Hold'em Marathon will start at 1 p.m. local time at the 2019 World Series of Poker. The 16 remaining players out of the 1,083 that started are looking to find a spot at the final six and Roman Korenev has the best starting position to do so.

Korenev ended Day 4 of the tournament with 3,125,000 in chips which will be about 78 big blinds at the start of Level 25: 20,000/40,000 with a 40,000 big blind ante. He is closely followed by Yicheng Xu (3,045,000) and Dong Sheng Peng (2,930,000) from China. Others that are still in contention are WSOP bracelet winners Preston Lee (640,000) and Daniel Park (300,000). Both will start the day at the bottom of the leaderboard and are looking to run up their stacks.

The remaining players are guaranteed to take home at least $16,970 and they will win even more when they can survive one elimination. The final 15 players will be guaranteed $21,208 and a spot at the final six will earn them a minimum of $79,957. The winner of the tournament will walk away with no less than $477,401 but the bracelet will be awarded on June 15th.

They will play 100-minute levels until they reached the final six players. PokerNews will be on the floor to provide you with live coverage throughout the day.
