On a board showing {j-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{6-Diamonds}, Keith Thurman bet 3,600 from the big blind position and his opponent, situated under the gun, tanked for some time before making the call.

The river was the {a-Spades} and Thurman. His opponent made a bet for 8,600 and it was enough for Thurman who mucked his cards.

False Start for Rijnbeek

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Fast Doubles

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante
Dietrich Fast in a previous event
Dietrich Fast in a previous event

The flop read {8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} and Dietrich Fast was put all in by another player at his table. The bet was for roughly 17,000 and Fast took his time to think it through.

He eventually got the clock called on him by another player that wasn't involved in the hand. Fast then continued to think while the floor staff was counting down his last five seconds.

He flicked in a chip one second before the clock ran out and he tabled {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds} which turned out to be good against the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} of his opponent.

The board ran out with the {8-Clubs} turn and {3-Spades} river and Fast doubled up.

Berkey's Trap Doesn't Work

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Matt Berkey raised to 1,100 from the cutoff and the player on the button three-bet to 3,800. The blinds got out of the way and Berkey called.

The flop fell {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and both players checked. Berkey then checked with both his hands on the {7-Clubs} turn. His opponent bet 2,000 and Berkey called.

The river was the {5-Clubs} and Berkey went back to the single-handed check. His neighbor checked as well and Berkey took the pot down when he flipped open {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}.
