Hands #25-27: Kaneoya Coolers Song, Doubles

Level 31 : 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Renato Kaneoya
Renato Kaneoya

Hand #25: Stephen Song opened from the hijack to 400,000 and was called by Renato Kaneoya on the button. The two went heads up to a flop of {8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Song made a continuation-bet of 600,000. Kaneoya called, bringing the {9-Diamonds} turn. Song fired again for 1,000,000 and Kaneoya again called. The river was {10-Clubs} and Song announced he was all in. Kaneoya looked back at his cards before calling off his remaining 3,190,000.

Song tabled {k-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for the second-nut flush but it was no good to Kaneoya's {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} as he earned the full double after turning the nuts and delivering his opponent quite the cooler.

Hand #26: Stephen Song raised to 400,000 from under the gun and was three-bet by Ryan Laplante in the hijack all in for around 4,800,000. Song folded.

Hand #27: Dominic Coombe opened from the cutoff to 350,000 and was called by Stephen Song in the big blind. The flop came {j-Spades}{3-Spades}{5-Spades} and both players checked. The turn was {k-Hearts} and Song bet 500,000. Coombe folded.
