Daniel Ospina

No-Limit Hold'em

Just before the break, Daniel Ospina raised to 7,000 from the cutoff. Max Pescatori called from the button and Phillip Hui called from the big blind.

The flop was {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Hui checked to Ospina who bet 11,000. Pescatori raised to 30,000, Hui folded and Ospina tanked for a bit before he reraised all in for about 79,000. Pescatori called with {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, basically racing with Ospina's {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}.

The {9-Hearts} turn and {5-Diamonds} river completed the board, giving Pescatori a flush to eliminate Ospina.

Phil Galfond raised to 7,000 from the button and Matt Glantz called from the big blind.

The flop was {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Spades}, Glantz bet effectively 40,000-ish and Galfond called all in with {10-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}, leading Glantz's {j-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

The {2-Spades} turn and {8-Spades} river completed the board giving Glantz tens and eights with a jack kicker to eliminate Galfond.

Schulman Coolers Alexander for a Huge Double

Level 12 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Nick Schulman
Nick Schulman

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

The board read {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Nick Schulman and George Alexander both had 48,000 in front of them coming to the final betting round. There was about 50,000 in the middle of the table as well and Schulman moved all in. Alexander instantly flicked in one chip, calling.

Schulman tabled {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Spades} for the top full house and Alexander's face expressed that he wasn't far behind. Alexander slowly opened his {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for jacks full of kings, but that couldn't save him from a big damage anymore. He had to ship 148,900 Schulman's way.
