Ray Henson opened on the button, with Cary Katz defending his big blind. Henson fired a continuation bet on a flop and Katz called.

The turn came the , and Henson double barreled for 11,000, once again getting a call from Katz. Henson bet again on the river; Katz asked for a count on the bet, which was 14,800.

Katz then pushed all of his remaining 50,000 chips in the pot, sending Henson into the tank for about five minutes before finally folding.

Hellmuth Tackled by Flack

Layne Flack made it 3,000 on the button, Ray Henson flatted in the small blind, and Phil Hellmuth moved all his chips forward. He had around 27,000 so it was technically only a pot-sized raise, but Flack repotted to force a fold from Henson, and Hellmuth called off.

On the first draw, Hellmuth drew two and Flack one.

Flack had a made hand and patted after Hellmuth had peeled two again.

Hellmuth squeezed one on the final draw and Flack opened . Hellmuth showed for plenty of outs but he turned up an .

Baker Eliminated by Morris in Largest Pot of the Tournament

With action caught following the first draw, Arthur Morris fired 15,000 into 17,000 from the small blind. David "Bakes" Baker potted for 62,000 from the cutoff, and Morris paused for a while. He asked how much did Baker have behind and Baker counted his exact remaining stack at 63,700.

After over a minute, Morris jammed and Baker snap-called.

Morris stood pat, Baker drew one and he still needed one on the final draw.

"Eight-seven perfect," Morris announced, rolling over . Baker opened , drawing to a wheel. He peeled an , however, and that wasn't enough.

Bolhman Hits Huge Double

Scott Bohlman raised to 6,000 in the hijack and David Benyamine made it 20,000 in the cutoff. Bohlman potted, and called for 97,800 total when Benyamine repotted.

Both players pitched one card on the first two draws and Bohlman patted the last draw. Benyamine still needed one, breaking a ten.

Bohlman showed and Benyamine rolled over , having made a good break. However, he peeled another and Bohlman scooped the 200,000-pot to continue his title-defending campaign.

Huge Double for the Defending Champ
