Jill Pike Eliminated in 12th Place ($9,262)

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Jill Pike
Jill Pike

Tu Dao raised to 150,000 from the button and Jill Pike called in the big blind.

The flop came {8-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, Pike check-called the 150,000 continuation-bet of Dao.

The turn was the {6-Clubs}, Pike checked again and now Dao continued with a bet of 250,000. Pike glanced at Dao and raised to 500,000. Dao checked out Pike's stack and then decided to make the call.

The river completed the board with the {7-Clubs}. Pike checked for the last time and Dao shoved which Pike snap-called. Dao tabled {k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for the rivered straight for Pike to get up from her chair as she held {8-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for two pair. Pike's stack was being counted and determined to have 1,340,000 behind. Dao's stack was also counted but she had Pike more than covered as she had around 1,700,000.

Last year's runner-up was eliminated in 12th place for $9,262.
