Feldman Doubles Through Jaffe

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

The board was down {9-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}, and Joel Feldman's all in was called by Will Jaffe.

Feldman: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{x-}
Jaffe: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}

Jaffe held top set but was behind to Feldman's straight. The {7-Hearts} on the river was insignificant, and Feldman secured the double.

More for Park and Montgomery

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

James Park made it 250,000 to go and Daniel Alaei defended his big blind to see the {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop. Alaei checked and a bet of 200,000 by Park did the trick to force a fold from Alaei.

One hand later, Joel Feldman opened the button to 250,000 and was called two ways by Alaei in the small blind and Kyle Montgomery in the big blind. The {6-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop was checked by Alaei and Montgomery made it 350,000 to go. Feldman got out of the way, but Alaei stuck around to see the {6-Clubs} turn.

Once Alaei checked the second street in a row, a bet of 750,000 by Montgomery ended the hand right there.

Jaffe Holds to Double

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

James Park bet pot for 720,000 from the small blind with the flop down {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} and put Will Jaffe to the test.

Jaffe went into the tank with a 905,000 stack and needed a minute to think before he put his tournament life on the line and called.

Will Jaffe: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
James Park: {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}

Jaffe found out he was ahead, but Park had outs to the flush.

However, the turn {a-Clubs} and river {8-Diamonds} were no good to the Brit, and Jaffe secured the double.

Bet and Collect for Park and O'Dea

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Joel Feldman raised to 240,000 and was called by Daniel Alaei, James Park on the button and Eoghan O'Dea in the big blind. On the {5-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop, the action checked to Park and his bet of 400,000 forced folds all around.

The next hand, Alaei limped in and so did Will Jaffe in the cutoff, O'Dea on the button, and Andrey Razov in the small blind. Jeremy Ausmus in the big blind checked his option to the {a-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop, which was checked to Jaffe. He made it 500,000 to go and O'Dea called, everyone else sent their cards into the muck.

After the {2-Diamonds} turn, Jaffe checked and O'Dea fired a bet of 1,600,000 to win the pot without further resistance.

Daniel Alaei Eliminated in 9th Place ($72,468)

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
Daniel Alaei
Daniel Alaei

Dash Dudley raised from the button and saw Daniel Alaei call from the big blind.

The flop fell {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{2-Clubs}, and Alaei checked. Dudley bet 350,000 and Alaei raised the pot, which signaled an all in for Dudley.

Alaei made the call and was the player at risk.

Dash Dudley: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{j-Spades}
Daniel Alaei: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}

Dudley held the overpair, and when the turn fell the {k-Hearts}, he improved to top set.

The {3-Diamonds} on the river was no help to Alaei and the five-time bracelet winner exited in 9th place for $72,468.

Small Pot for Razov

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Andrey Razov raised to 300,000 from early position and was called by Will Jaffe in the big blind. They checked through a board of {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} entirely and Jaffe announced fives. Razov dragged in the pot with {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and that lifted him from the bottom of the counts.

O'Dea Takes From Montgomery

Level 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante
Eoghan O Dea
Eoghan O Dea

Kyle Montgomery raised to 320,000 and Eoghan O'Dea called in the big blind to see a flop of {10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}, on which he checked and called a bet of 250,000 by Montgomery. After the {2-Diamonds} turn, O'Dea check-called a second barrel worth 600,000 and they checked through on the {3-Hearts} river.

"Full house?" Montgomery asked when O'Dea had turned over his cards and the Irishman had indeed filled up to a full house on the turn with his {10-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades}.

Montgomery Back on Track; Jaffe Chops With Park

Level 30 : 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Dash Dudley limped the button as did Joel Feldman in the small blind and Kyle Montgomery checked from the big blind. On the {q-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts} flop, Montgomery check-called a bet of 160,000 by Dudley and they checked the {3-Clubs} turn and {5-Diamonds} river. Montgomery showed his {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} for a flush and bounced back.

In the next hand, Will Jaffe raised the pot first to act and called the jam of James Park in the big blind.

Will Jaffe: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{2-Hearts}
James Park: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Hearts}

The {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop gave Jaffe the nut flush draw and he picked up a second flush draw on the {q-Clubs} turn. He was denied the double on the blank {3-Spades} river and had to settle for a chop.
