Matthew Waxman: {x-}{x-} / {9-}{9-}{a-}{a-} / {x-}
Chris Ferguson: {x-}{x-} / {10-}{k-}{8-}{10-} / {x-}

A player placed the bring in with the {q-} and Chris Ferguson called with a {10-}. Matthew Waxman completed with the {9-} and it folded back around to Ferguson who called.

Fourth street was dealt and both players checked. Ferguson check-called a bet of 1,600 from Waxman on fifth street. Sixth street was dealt and Ferguson was dealt a king and Waxman a ten. The dealer then realized he didn't burn and Ferguson his card was burned and the ten was given to Ferguson. Waxman then paired his ace as the replacement card was an {a-}.

Both players checked on sixth and Waxman bet after Ferguson checked on seventh. Ferguson tanked for two minutes before he called.

Waxman opened {a-}{8-}{7-} for a pair of nines and Ferguson showed {k-}{3-}{2-} for king-ten low.

Fuchs Takes One Down

Level 9 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Carol Fuchs: {x-}{x-} / {a-}{a-}{4-}{8-} / {x-}
Opponent: {x-}{x-} / {2-}{6-}{9-}{5-} / {x-}

Carol Fuchs has been hovering around the starting stack of 12,000 for most of the day but she just won a nice pot against her neighbor. Ben Yu brought in with a {k-} and Fuchs completed with an {a-}. Her left neighbor called with a {2-} and Phil Hellmuth folded his {a-}. Yu also got out of the way and they battled it out heads-up.

Fuchs paired her ace and she called a bet from her neighbor who caught another low card. Both checked on fifth street and Fuchs called another bet on sixth street.

It checked to her on seventh street and Fuchs bet out herself this time. She was called and she showed {7-}{5-}{2-} that was enough to take down the pot and she chipped up a bit.
