Hands #81-84: Givens and Foresman Keep Battling

Hand #82: Joe Foresman got a walk.
Hand #83: Foresman made it 2,000,000 to go from the small blind and Givens defended his big blind. The flop came 
and Foresman bet 2,700,000. Givens thought for a moment and then raised to 8,200,000. Foresman asked for a count and then called.

and both players checked. "Ace high" announced Foresman. Givens wasted no time and revealed 
for third pair. "We three-handed now. Let's go!" celebrated Givens, giving his rail high-fives all around.
Hand #84: Foresman raised to 2,200,000 from the button and Givens three-bet to 8,300,000 from the small blind. Foresman called and the two players checked on a flop of
