Vianadacosta Sent to the Cashier

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Fernando Vianadacosta was down to just 1,5 big blind and he just lost it all against Pierre Calamusa. Vianadacosta was in good shape to double up with {j-Hearts}{8-Spades} against the {3-Spades}{2-Spades} of Calamusa.

The board, however, ran out {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{j-Spades} and Calamusa managed to hit a flush to eliminate Vianadacosta from the tournament.

Cabrerea Cut Down

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

The flop was down {q-Hearts}{2-Spades}{8-Clubs}, and David Cabrera put his final 35,000 into the middle, which Timothy Cramer called.

Cramer flipped over {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}, and Cabrera needed help from the board to survive with {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}.

But the turn {9-Diamonds} and river {7-Spades} were safe cards for Cramer, and the Spaniard Cabrera departed from the field.

O'Connor Hits a Milly

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jamie O'Connor raised to 40,000 from the cutoff and saw Ryan Jones three-bet to 140,000 from the button. O'Connor called after the action was back on him, and the flop fell {4-Hearts}{5-Spades}{6-Spades}.

Jones fired 125,000 after O'Connor checked, and the latter pushed forward a raise to 300,000.

Jones wasn't in the mood to stick around and instantly folded, gifting the pot to O'Connor.

Busquet Eliminates Lowe

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Richard Lowe got all of his chips in the middle with {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and he was in great shape to double up against the {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts} of Olivier Busquet.

The dealer opened up the {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{9-Spades} flop and Busquet was in better shape than he was preflop. The {q-Spades} gave Lowe even less outs and the {5-Clubs} river put the nail in his coffin to eliminate him from the tournament.

Marton Czuczor
Marton Czuczor

Marton Czuczor, who started the day with a 710,000 chip stack, has seen his run come to an end at the hands of Ivan Galinec.

The completed board was down {q-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and Czuczor held {j-}{j-}. But the Hungarian's two pair was outdone by Ivan Galinec's {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}, and with all the chips in the middle, Czuczor departed to claim his prize money in 21st place.

Joey Couden moved his last 270,000 to the middle from the small blind and big blind Ivan Galinec made a quick call. Couden had {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} but he was behind against the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} of Galinec.

The board ran out {4-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and Couden was sent to the rail.

Joe Cada commented that he was a 'sun runner' before turning around to the other table to confirm that was a valid term. Galinec almost doubled his stack since the start of today and is among the bigger stacks in the room.
