Hands #79-83: Double Up for Ha

Level 20 : 0/0, 15,000 ante
Thai Ha
Thai Ha

Hand #79: Chance Kornuth called from middle position and Rene van Krevelen pushed his last 424,000 in the middle from the hijack. Everyone else folded and it was up to Kornuth who peeked at his cards again. Kornuth folded and van Krevelen chipped up a bit, leaving Thai Ha as the tournament short stack.

Hand #80: Alex Epstein raised to 125,000 from the hijack and Ha sat on the button with just 307,000 behind. He pushed all in and Epstein called.

Thai Ha: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Alex Epstein: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}

The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} and Ha doubled up. Van Krevelen is now the short stack.

Hand #81: Van Krevelen put his last 499,000 in the middle from the under-the-gun position and the other players all folded so the Dutchman picked up the pot.

Hand #82: Kornuth raised to 115,000 and the other players folded.

Hand #83: Kornuth called 15,000 from early position and Epstein called from the cutoff. Anson Tsang checked on the button.

The flop was dealt {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and it checked to Tsang on the button who bet 50,000. Kornuth folded but Epstein called.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and Epstein checked again. Tsang continued to show aggression with a bet of 150,000 and Epstein called again.

The {10-Spades} river completed the board and Epstein and Tsang checked both this time. One player showed {k-}{9-} while the other showed {k-}{7-} and they chopped the pot.
