Hands #101-105: Negreanu Widens the Gap
Hand #101: Daniel Negreanu limped in on the button and Keith Tilston checked his option. The flop came 
and Tilston led out for 1,000,000. Negreanu called and the 
landed on the turn. Tilston checked this time and Negreanu dropped in a bet of 2,500,000. Tilston folded and Negreanu pulled in the pot.
Hand #102: Tilston made it 2,000,000 on the button and Negreanu responded with the first three-bet of the heads-up match, making it 7,000,000 to go. Tilston instantly folded and Negreanu stacked more chips.
Hand #103: Negreanu opened to 2,500,000 and Tilston sent his cards to the muck.
Hand #104: Tilston raised to 2,400,000 and Negreanu laid his hand down.
Hand #105: Negreanu limped in on the button and Tilston chose to see a flop. The flop came 
and Tilston led out for 1,200,000. Negreanu called and the 
landed on the turn.
Tilston checked this time and Negreanu splashed in a bet of 2,500,000. Tilston called and the 
completed the board. Both players checked and Negreanu showed 
for the best hand.
