Hands #54-56: Last Hands of the Level

Level 35 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

Hand #54: With two minutes remaining in the level, Abhinav Iyer limped the small blind and Sergio Aguilar raised to 1.4 million from the big. Iyer called and then check-called a bet of 1.1 million on the {q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop.

On the {6-Clubs} turn, Iyer led out for 1.3 million and Aguilar called. Iyer then bet 3.9 million on the {4-Spades} river and Aguilar snap-called with the {a-Diamonds}{8-Spades} for a straight. Iyer showed the {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts} and paid off his opponent.

Hand #55: Iyer raised the button to 900,000 and won the pot.

Hand #56: Aguilar raised to 800,000 from the button and Iyer called to see the {9-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} flop, which both players checked. On the {3-Hearts} turn, Iyer checked and folded to a bet of 400,000.

Hand #40: Iyer limped the button and Chang called the small blind before Sergio Aguilar raised to 1,400,000. Only Iyer called. On the {q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop, it went check-check. Aguilar bet 1,500,000 on the turn and won the pot.

Hand #41: Iyer opened and Sammy Lafleur called in the big blind. The flop was {8-Spades}{q-Spades}{5-Spades} and Lafleur check-folded to an 825,000 continuation.

Hand #36: Iyer raised the button and Aguilar called in the big blind. They checked through to the river and with {5-Clubs}{10-Spades}{8-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{7-Spades} out, Iyer bet 2,600,000 in position and took it down.

Hand #31: Sammy Lafleur opened the action, making it 600,000 on the button and Patrick Eskandar three-bet all in for 2,775,000. Lafleur called and when the cards went over, Eskandar was in trouble with his tournament life on the line.
