The field has almost tripled since the start of Day 1c. The tournament clock currently says 1033 entries, but with one of the last remaining bracelets of the 2019 WSOP up for grabs and registration open through the dinner break (approximately 6:55 p.m. local time) that number will undoubtedly continue to grow.
