Level 10 : 400/800, 0 ante
Justin Liberto
Justin Liberto

Justin "cheersfive" Liberto limped in from under the gun, David "Twizzlers" Prociak limped in from the small blind, and Ryan "BiTC0iN" Riess checked his option in the big blind.

Action checked to Liberto on the {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop, and he bet 1,800. Only Riess called.

Riess checked again on the {3-Hearts} turn, and Liberto potted it for 6,000. Riess called again.

The {a-Diamonds} fell on the river, and Riess checked a third time. Liberto potted it again for 18,000 and Riess folded.

Kuhn Busts Wang

Level 9 : 350/700, 0 ante
Michael Wang
Michael Wang

Michael "miw210x" Wang raised to 1,800 from the cutoff, and Robert "BustinBalls" Kuhn called in the small blind.

Kuhn checked the {j-Spades}{8-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} flop to Wang, who bet 2,150. Kuhn check-raised to 10,750, and Wang three-bet shoved for 13,401 total. Kuhn called.

Michael "miw210x" Wang: {a-Hearts}{a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Robert "BustinBalls" Kuhn: {a-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}

Wang's aces had been cracked by the set of eights of Kuhn, and Wang needed to hit the case ace or a ten to survive. The {7-Diamonds} turn and {q-Diamonds} river were no help, and Wang was eliminated.

Back to the Drawing Board for Force

Level 9 : 350/700, 0 ante

Leif "Drawgle17" Force raised to 1,400 from early position and "cortewma0608" called from the small blind. When the flop came down {5-Spades}{6-Spades}{9-Clubs}, "cortewma0608" checked and Force continued for 2,625.

"cortewma0608" woke up with a check-raise to 11,375, Force made it 37,625 to go, and "cortewma0608" jammed for 56,345 total. Force had 13,775 back and called off to create a 106K pot.

"cortewma0608": {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{a-Hearts}{4-Clubs}
Leif "Drawgle17" Force: {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Force had flopped the nuts while "cortewma0608" had the nut-flush draw. Another spade wouldn't appear, but the running {9-Hearts} turn and {9-Diamonds} river were just as good as "cortewma0608" made nines full of aces to felt Force, who had improved to nines full of kings.

Force immediately rebought and is back in action.

Brown Picks Up a Few Chips

Level 9 : 350/700, 0 ante

Five players limped in to see a {j-Spades}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop, and Jeffrey "jbrownski" Brown bet 1,750 from the small blind. Action folded back to Danny "ganswer" Smith in the hijack, who called.

Brown bet 3,500 on the {q-Hearts} turn, and Smith called again.

Both players checked the {5-Hearts} river, and Brown tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for jacks-up. Smith mucked.
