Cooler Leaves Madanzhiev Short

Level 42 : 175,000/350,000, 45,000 ante

The cutoff raise of 700,000 by Stoyan Madanzhiev was three-bet to 2,100,000 from Jase "RetiredFedor" Regina on the button.

Madanzhiev four-bet shoved 13,406,472 and Regina snap-called for less, putting his 9,532,604 into the middle for the biggest pot thus far.

Jase "RetiredFedor" Regina: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}
Stoyan Madanzhiev: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

The cooler of a hand saw an {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop fall, smashing Regina with a set. An {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} runout cemented the pot for Regina who scooped in the double, taking a commanding chip lead during four-handed play.

Sebastian "flashlight99" Mueller Eliminated in 5th Place ($14,006 + $10,711)

Level 41 : 150,000/300,000, 35,000 ante

Before the break, Sebastian "flashlight99" Mueller shoved from under the gun for a total of 1,055,544 and Jase "RetiredFedor" Regina jammed over the top, pushing the rest of the table off the pot.

Sebastian "flashlight99" Mueller: {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}
Jase "RetiredFedor" Regina: {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}

The flip between them had an {a-Hearts}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop fall and sevens were still ahead. The {2-Diamonds} turn card meant Mueller needed to connect or he was out the door.

A {5-Hearts} river completed the board, missing Mueller who took an exit in fifth. Regina pulled in the pot with his sevens and now just four players are left to battle for a bracelet.

Atanasov and Madanzhiev Start to Battle

Level 40 : 125,000/250,000, 30,000 ante

Stefan "Stiopata" Atanasov limped the small blind and Stoyan Madanzhiev checked his option, bringing down the {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop where Atanasov check-called a bet of 325,000.

Madanzhiev fired another bet in, putting 975,000 into the middle and Atanasov again check-called.

The {5-Clubs} river fell and both checked. Atanasov showed {9-Hearts}{8-Clubs} but it was not enough when Madanzhiev tabled {j-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, winning the hand with his flopped jack.

Julien "LittlebeAAr" Achard-stropoli Eliminated in 6th Place ($10,545 + $8,369)

Level 40 : 125,000/250,000, 30,000 ante

Stefan "Stiopata" Atanasov threw in 420,000 to open the pot, Stoyan Madanzhiev called and Julien "LittlebeAAr" Achard-stropoli shoved 3,348,641 from the small blind. Atanasov jammed over the top, Madanzhiev folded and two players flipped them over.

Julien "LittlebeAAr" Achard-stropoli: {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Stefan "Stiopata" Atanasov: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

The nine-high {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Spades} flop was of no help for Achard-stropoli and he needed to hit or was to be eliminated.

The turn came a {9-Diamonds}, leaving just one street for Achard-stropoli to survive but a {5-Hearts} river did not a thing for him.

Atanasov pulled in the pot with his pair of dimes, eliminating Achard-stropoli from the field.
