Koon on the Ropes Against Becker

Level 33 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Right before the blinds went up on their table, Jason Koon limp-called a raise to 50,000 by Johannes Becker and the German led the {k-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop for 30,000, which Koon called. Both checked through the {9-Spades} turn and Becker then also checked the {k-Clubs} on the river. Koon bet 110,000 and was quickly called by Becker.

The {10-Spades}{6-Spades} of Koon had made kings and tens but Becker prevailed with the {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for the superior kicker.
