Eyer Gets Knocked Out

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Jeremy Eyer limped under the gun and the action folded to Jeremy Malod in the small blind who raised to 105,000. The big blind got out of the way and Eyer jammed for the rest of his stack of approximately 400,000.

Jeremy Eyer: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Jeremy Malod: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Unfortunately for Eyer, he was dominated by the king-kicker. The flop came {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, giving Eyer a few outs to chop but the turn {4-Hearts} and river {k-Hearts} were no help.

Weisner Doubles Through Stockfish Twice

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

The action was picked up when Weisner was all-in. She was in the small blind and Stockfish had put her all-in from the button to apply pressure but she woke up with a hand.

Melanie Weisner: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Jason Stockfish: {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

The board ran out {a-Spades}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Weisner hit a pair of aces to double to about 370,000.

A few hands later almost the exact same situation unfolded. Stockfish had put her all-in to apply pressure and she woke up with an even bigger hand.

Melanie Weisner: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Jason Stockfish: {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

The board ran out {4-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}. Weisner faded Stokfishes straight and flush draw to double through him again.

Top Pair Holds for Kraemer

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Jesse Yaginuma raised in the cutoff to 80,000 and Mackenzie Kraemer called in the small blind.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Kraemer check-raised a bet of 80,000 to 240,000, which Yaginuma called.

The turn {3-Clubs} and river {9-Diamonds} both got checked down and Kraemer tabled {k-Diamonds}{10-Spades} for the flopped top pair and scooped the pot.

Liran Betito

Liran Betito got all of his chips in the middle before the flop for roughly 500,000 and was at risk against Jeremy Malod.

Liran Betito: {a-Hearts}{7-Spades}
Jeremy Malod: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}

Betitio picked a bad time as he ran into the best starting hand possible and the board would be no help for him as it ran out {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. Betito was eliminated in 18th Place for $17,141.
