Overwhelming Lead for Tayi

Level 28 : 120,000/240,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Joao Vieira got some chips back from Venkata Tayi when he three-bet out of the big blind and Tayi called in the small blind. Both discarded two and Tayi check-called a bet. He discarded two, Vieira took one and Tayi check-folded to a bet. Tayi then raised and earned the blinds.

Vieira raised the button and Tayi defended the big blind. Once again both discarded two and Tayi check-called. Vieira drew one and Tayi took two, prompting a check-call by Tayi. They took one each on the final draw and checked, which awarded the pot to Tayi with a {k-}{9-}{8-}{7-}{3-}.

Last but not least, Vieira clashed with Tayi once more in a hand that lasted five minutes into the new level. Tayi patted the final two draws whereas Vieira took one. The bets of Tayi kept coming and Vieira tank-called to get shown {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-} for an eight-six perfect by Tayi, who established an overwhelming lead.
