Badugi
Four ways with several bets in the middle already pre-draw, the player in the small blind drew one, the big blind drew two, the cutoff drew one and Frankie O'Dell drew two on the button.
The small blind bet and everyone called. Everyone drew one, except O'Dell, who drew two.
The small blind bet again and everyone again called. The small blind and cutoff stood pat, while the big blind and O'Dell drew one each.
Everyone checked to O'Dell who bet, only the small blind called and O'Dell tabled for a six-dugi. His opponent mucked and O'Dell scooped the sizable pot.

With 89 players to kick things off — cards are now in the air!
Today features the first draw-game tournament of the 2021 World Series of Poker as Event #18: $2,500 Mixed Triple Draw Lowball is set to begin at 3 p.m. local time.
Mixed Triple Draw Lowball features an even rotation between three games — Badugi, 2-7 Triple Draw, and A-5 Triple Draw. In each game, players aim to make the lowest possible poker hand. In Badugi, four cards are used instead of five, and matching suits count against — meaning of different suits is the best hand. Players aim to make a wheel in A-5 Triple Draw regardless of suits. In 2-7 Triple Draw, aces count as high and straights and flushes count against, which makes the nuts.
Players will begin with 35,000 in chips with blinds starting at 200/300 with 300/600 betting limits. Levels will last 60 minutes and players will get a 15-minute break after every two levels. Late registration will last through level 8 (approximately 12 a.m.) and play will conclude for the day after level 10.
In 2019, Dan Zack took down the gold bracelet and $160,447 after making an improbable comeback to topple the 296-player field.
