"Sickest River" Takes Out Akopov

. Jeong tossed in a bet from the small blind only to have Akopov shove all in. Jeong made the call and the cards were tabled.

Akopov was in a great position with top pair and a flush draw. The 
paired the board on the turn and the 
landed on the river. Although Akopov improved to a flush, Jeong spiked a full house to send Akopov packing.
"That's the sickest river I've seen this afternoon," Akopov joked as he headed to the rail.
