Negreanu Figures It Out

Level 17 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Daniel Negreanu raised to 22,000 on the button and Brian Yoon called from the big blind. The flop came {q-Spades}{8-Spades}{5-Spades} and Yoon check-called a bet of 14,000 from Negreanu.

The turn was the {9-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {7-Spades} on the river. Yoon tossed in a bet of 85,000 which got Negreanu thinking. Nearly two minutes rolled by and Negreanu finally threw in a call. Yoon showed {a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} for a pair of fives while Negreanu held {a-Clubs}{10-Spades} for a flush.
