David Karnafel was under the gun and had all his 45,000 or so chips in the middle against another early position player preflop.

The dealer put out the flop and a jack was in the window on the 
flop to give Karnafel a set. The early position player was drawing slim but found some hope with a Broadway draw on the 
turn.
Another player at the table called out "Four!" for no apparent reason, and sure enough the 
completed the board to double Karnafel.
