Schulman Gets There on the River

Level 11 : 1,500/2,500, 0 ante
Nick Schulman
Nick Schulman

Michael Coombs raised it up from the cutoff and Nick Schulman called from the big blind. The flop fell {q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Schulman check-called a bet from Coombs.

The turn brought the {j-Hearts} and Schulman checked again. Coombs threw in another bet and Schulman quickly called to see the {k-Spades} on the river. Schulman checked for the third time and Coombs took a moment before checking back and showing {q-Hearts}{9-Spades}. Schulman tabled {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} for a pair of kings and was awarded the pot.

Riccobonno Ousted by Big Slick

Level 11 : 1,500/2,500, 0 ante

Albert Riccobonno was on the button and got most of the rest of his short stack in preflop against a player in the small blind and Dirk Wenkemann in the hijack.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Riccobonno got his last bet in. Both remaining players checked down the {6-Diamonds} turn and {3-Clubs} river.

Albert Riccobonno: {q-Spades}{10-Spades}
Small Blind: {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Dirk Wenkemann: {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

Wenkemann's ace-king was the best hand to chip up and eliminate Riccobonno.

Bardah Busts

Level 11 : 1,500/2,500, 0 ante

Ronnie Bardah got the rest of his short stack in preflop on the button against Kevin Klassen in the big blind.

Ronnie Bardah: {j-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Kevin Klassen: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

Bardah ran into kings and needed help. The {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs} flop left him looking for a king himself, but the {3-Diamonds} and {7-Diamonds} completed the board to eliminate him.
