Soverel Nearly Doubles

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 1,800 ante

Todd Ivens opened to 3,500 under-the-gun and was called by Dustin Dirksen in the cutoff and Sam Soverel in the small blind.

Soverel drew two, Ivens stood pat and Dirksen drew one.

Action checked to Ivens, who bet, 7,500. Dirksen folded, but Soverel then check-raised to 50,000 — leaving himself just a couple thousand behind.

Ivens called and Soverel tabled {8-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}. It was good and Soverel scooped the pot.
