A short-stacked Robert Mizrachi was all-in versus Connor Drinan. The board ran out {6-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{7-Clubs}{a-Clubs}. Mizrachi held {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades} for the second nut low and one pair of queens, while Drinan had {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for the nut low and two pair, sixes and tens and the scooped pot.

Mizrachi was eliminated in third place.

Drinan will start heads-up play with 11,000,000 versus 4,000,000 for Travis Pearson.

Connor Makes The Right Call

Level 34 : 250,000/500,000, 0 ante

Robert Mizrachi raised from the button and was three-bet by Connor Drinan from the small blind. Only Mizrachi called.

Both players checked on the {6-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{j-Spades} flop and Drinan checked again on the {5-Hearts} turn — prompting a bet from Mizrachi. Drinan called.

The {5-Clubs} completed the board and Drinan checked to Mizrachi again, who bet and sent Drinan deep into the tank.

"What's wrong with making runner-runner?" Mizrachi remarked.

Eventually Drinan tossed in a call and Mizrachi announced, "Fours."

Drinan revealed {6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{a-Spades}{j-Clubs} and Mizrachi mucked — awarding the pot to Drinan.

Sandy Sanchez Eliminated in 4th Place ($51,590)

Level 33 : 200,000/400,000, 0 ante
Sandy Sanchez
Sandy Sanchez

Connor Drinan opened from the cutoff and was called by Robert Mizrachi in the small blind. Sandy Sanchez then went all-in for slightly more than the raise from the big blind, and both Drinan and Mizrachi called.

Drinan and Mizrachi checked on both the {8-Hearts}{k-Spades}{j-Diamonds} flop and {10-Spades} turn; however, Mizrachi led out for a bet when the {6-Diamonds} completed the board. Drinan then raised and Mizrachi folded after a some thought.

Drinan tabled {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for broadway, which was good against the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} of Sanchez, who was eliminated in fourth place.
