Hand#1

The action was picked up on the flop of {7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Clubs} and the pot of over 5,000 in chips already and it was checked through.

Before the turn actor James Woods said "this is going to be an interesting hand" and the turn was {6-Hearts} and the small blind checked.

Woods in the big blind bet 3,500 and said "I'm glad you're here to see this" and both players tanked briefly before they mucked.

Woods then showed {3-Spades}{5-Clubs} scooping the pot and said "I may not be a good poker player but I'm a great actor."

Hand#2

On the very next hand according to Woods he woke up with pocket aces and knocked out two opponents to almost double his starting stack now.

Doyle Brunson

When the tournament started there was table talk going on in the Brasilia room on whether the legendary Doyle Brunson was going to play the Super Senior's event or not.

To everyone's surprise, the eighty-eight-year-old Doyle Brunson arrived at his table around level 6 of the tournament. Players from all over the room came over to snag a picture and there was a noticeable buzz in the room.

The action picked up when Brunson shoved all-in preflop from the middle position for around 6,000 and Jana Vondach called in the small blind, covering him.

The hole cards were flipped over and Brunson said, "Well, you have enough to take me out".

Doyle Brunson: {6-Hearts}{4-Spades}
Jana Vondach: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The board ran out {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Vondach won with a set of aces.

Legendary ten-time WSOP bracelet winner Doyle Brunson made his unexpected return to the Super Seniors today, his first WSOP tournament in three years. He walked into the Brasilia room and several players took out their phones for pictures, clearly excited to see the Poker Hall of Famer in action.

In his first hand back, he raised to 1,600 and the player in the cutoff made the call. The big blind then re-raised all-in.

Brunson laughed, looked at his hand, and mucked. The cutoff did the same and then the big blind showed the {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}, which elicited a smile from Brunson.
