Jaffe on Crumbs

Level 20 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Jonathan Jaffe opened to 240,000 on the button and Tyler Cornell called from the big blind. The flop came {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Cornell started with a check. Jaffe threw in a min-bet of 120,000 and Cornell called.

The turn was the {a-Hearts} and Cornell checked again. Jaffe sized up a bet of 475,000 this time but Cornell still called to see the {10-Clubs} on the river.

Cornell checked again and Jaffe reached back for a bet of 900,000. Cornell quickly called and Jaffe showed {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for a king-high bluff. Cornell tabled {a-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} for two pair which left Jaffe on crumbs.
