Dan Cates raised to 45,000 on the button and Daniel Negreanu called in the small blind. Chris Brewer than three-bet to 200,000 in the big blind and Cates called while Negreanu folded. On a {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop, Brewer bet 125,000 and received a call from Cates. He bet again the {k-Clubs} turn for 150,000 to receive yer another call and then bet the {q-Spades} river for 825,000 with 10,000 behind.

Cates gave it some thought and sent his cards into the muck.
