Lawson Doubles Up Through Harvey; Eliminates Cronin

Level 10 : 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

The hand was discovered as Thomas Harvey called preflop, Ted Lawson raised pot, and Kevin Cronin called all-in for less and Harvey called as well.

The dealer spread the flop of {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}. Next, Harvey checked and Lawson moved all in for his remaining 16,000 chips. After he asked for a count, Harvey opted to call and the three hands were all turned face-up.

It was the {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for one pair of aces held by Lawson that were leading the {j-}{10-}{5-}{4-} held by Harvey and the {k-}{j-}{q-}{2-} held by Cronin.

The dealer dealt the turn card {a-Hearts} and Lawson had his opponents drawing dead with a full house now.

The river card was the {k-Hearts} to earn Lawson the pot and a double-up.
