Shiller Doubles with Rockets

Level 2 : 200/300, 300 ante

The action picked up on a flop of {k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Spades} and the early position player bet out 5,200. Brendan Shiller made the call and they both saw a turn of {9-Spades}.

Again, the flop bettor fired out a wager, this time for 7,200. Shiller raised to 25,000 and his opponent put Shiller all-in for about 15,000 more. Shiller, who had a slightly smaller stack, made the call with {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}. His opponent was in trouble with {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}.

The river was an uneventful {7-Hearts} and Shiller earned a full double up.

Cowboys Hold for Smith

Level 3 : 200/400, 400 ante

There were four players that saw a {8-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop and three of them called a 5,100 continuation bet.

The {3-Spades} paired the board on the turn and a three player checked bringing the {j-Diamonds} river.

Joel Smith led out for 7,000 from the small blind and found one caller from middle position.

Smith rolled over {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds} for kings and threes which was good enough to win the pot after his opponent tossed {q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} into the muck.
