Tran Cracks Queens

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

A player in early position opened to 1,500 and an opponent to his left three-bet to 5,000. Trung Tran, who after the hand joked with PokerNews about his play, four-bet to 15,000. Both players called.

The flop came out {4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Tran bet 14,000. One player folded and the initial pre-flop raiser moved all-in for Tran's 38,800 stack. Tran called with {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and was behind {q-}{q-}.

The {k-Clubs} on the turn changed nothing, but the river {a-Hearts} gave Tran more than a full double up on a suck-out. He laughed about rivering the pot afterwards and wanted PokerNews to make sure to put in the update that his opponent yelled "s**t" when the ace hit on the river.

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante
Shaun Deeb
Shaun Deeb

The player under the gun opened for 2,200 and found two callers before newly crowned five-time WSOP bracelet winner Shaun Deeb three-bet to 10,100 from the big blind.

Action was back on the initial raiser who jammed for 38,000 and only Deeb called.

Opponent: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Shaun Deeb: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Deeb was behind and nothing changed after the {4-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} runout as he doubled his opponent.

"Sixes Beat Me Too"

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante
Maurice Hawkins
Maurice Hawkins

Bryan Trischetta raised to 1,600 from early position and found three callers which included fourteen-time circuit ring winner Maurice Hawkins from the button.

The {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop was checked to Trischetta who continued for 3,000 and only Hawkins called to see the {7-Hearts} fall on the turn.

Action went check-check and the {5-Hearts} completed the board on the river. Trischetta fired out a 4,000 bet and Hawkins quickly called to showdown.

Hawkins rolled over {4-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Trischetta announced "Straight," as he rolled over {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. "Yeah them sixes beat me too," replied Hawkins as Trischetta collected the pot.

Mai's Aces Crush Kings and Queens

Level 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

According to players at the table as the dealer was shipping the pot, Tuan Mai won a massive pot with {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades} in an all-in pre-flop situation against {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

The wild board came out {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}, giving everyone a set. Mai took down the main pot, which was about 125,000. Players at the table stood up and snapped photos of the board before the dealer could muck all the cards.
