Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Motoyoshi Okamura raised the small blind to 275,000 and Nick Yunis defended his big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Okamura check-called a bet of 375,000.

Okamura Shows The Goods

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Motoyoshi Okamura raised to 275,000 preflop and in the big blind Rafael Mota defended.

The flop came out {3-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{a-Clubs} which was followed by a check from Mota, a bet from Okamura to the tune of 300,000, and a call from Mota.

The turn came out a {3-Spades} which saw Mota check one more time and Okamura bet 700,000. Mota thought about it briefly and mucked his hand which got Okamura to show {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for flopped top and bottom, flush draw, and turned full house for what was most definitely the best hand.

Leonid Yanovski Eliminated In 4th Place ($66,249)

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Leonid Yanovski

Pot-Limit Omaha

Leonid Yanovski raised to 240,000 from under-the-gun and from one seat over Rafael Mota three-bet to 900,000. Action folded back around and Yanovski four-bet to 2,800,000 which elicited an all-in from Mota for 4,000,000 effective and Yanovski snap-called.

Leonid Yanovski: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades}
Rafael Mota: {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

It was Yanovski's aces that flopped best on the {3-Clubs}{5-Spades}{a-Spades} flop as the third ace gave Yanovski a set, and Mota shook his head. The turn brought a {6-Spades} which gave Mota a flush and the river {j-Clubs} did not improve Yanovski. It took Mota a second to realize he had turned a flush but when he realized it and clapped, the Brazilian rail exploded in cheers. Yanovski wished his tablemates good luck and left the tournament in 4th place.

Pot-Limit Omaha

In a limped pot, the flop came {q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Nick Yunis check-called a bet of 200,000 from Rafael Mota.

The {3-Spades} came on the turn, pairing the board and both players checked to the {7-Clubs} river. Yunis led out for 400,000 and Mota put in a raise to 1,200,000.

"I hate this game," Yunis cried. "I have a full house." Mota was unresponsive and Yunis looked extremely perplexed while replaying the hand aloud. After a few minutes Yunis finally said, "I'm getting three to one, and I don't know how to play this game," as he put in the chips to call.

Mota instantly tabled {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{q-Spades}{q-Hearts} for queens full and Yunis mucked his hand.
