Marvin Karlins Eliminated in 12th Place ($8,177)

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 25,000 ante
Marvin Karlins
Marvin Karlins

Marvin Karlins moved all-in preflop and was called by Ole Schemion out of the big blind.

The hands were tabled and it was the {a-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} held by Karlins that was all-in and at-risk versus the pocket {7-Spades}{7-Clubs} held by Schemion.

The dealer spread the flop of {7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and that all but sealed the deal as Schemion flopped a set of sevens.

The turn card {3-Spades} had Karlins drawing dead.

The meaningless {10-Spades} river card made it official and Schemion was awarded the pot, which in turn eliminated in 12th place and took home $8,177 in cash.
