Three In A Row for Emmerson

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Robert Emmerson
Robert Emmerson

Robert Cowen limped in the small blind and Robert Emmerson checked his option.

The flop was {4-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{4-Clubs}, Cowen bet 80,000 and Emmerson called.

Cowen check-called a bet of 250,000 from Emmerson on the {q-Diamonds} turn to see the {6-Spades} river. Both players checked and Cowen tabled {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}{x-}{x-} but Emmerson had it beat with trip fours {4-}{9-}{8-}{5-}.

On the next hand, Emmerson raised to 175,000 and took down the blinds.

Emmerson raised again after that to 175,000 and both Dylan Weisman and William Benson called.

The flop was {10-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and Emmerson continued for 250,000. Only Weisman called.

Emmerson sized up to 750,000 on the turn {j-Hearts} and Weisman released his holding as Emmerson dragged another pot.

Benson Doubles With Quads

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

William Benson raised under the gun to 375,000. It folded to Uri Reichenstein in the big blind who called.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{9-Clubs}. Benson moved all in for about 100,000. Reichenstein looked reluctant but he called.

Benson had flopped a set with the {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{k-Spades}{8-Spades}. The turn was the {9-Diamonds} to give Benson quads and the river the {5-Diamonds} as Reichenstein's hand was quickly turned over after the turned quads and Benson collected the double up to stay alive.

Rush For Weisman

Level 27 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Dylan Weisman caught a bit of a rush in the last few hands as he bet the pot on the river on a board that read {j-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} which was enough to fold out Robert Emmerson who thought for a while before relinquishing.

The next hand, he folded out Uri Reichenstein on the turn as the board read {2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and bet the pot from the big blind.

Weisman continued to take chips as he collected with a flush on the next hand as he tabled two diamonds on a three-diamond board to add more to his stack via the three hand rush.
