Davies All But Doubles

Level 17 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Seth Davies limped in from the small blind and Ben Heath checked his option. The flop came {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Davies led out with a pot-sized bet of 350,000. Heath called and the {8-Diamonds} paired the board on the turn.

Davies fired out another bet of 350,000 and Heath stuck around to see the {10-Spades} on the river. Davies burned through a couple of his time banks before pushing out a bet of 1,300,000, leaving just 5,000 chips behind. Heath quickly called and Davies showed {7-Spades}{6-Diamonds} for a straight which Heath could not beat.
