Ohel Regains The Lead

Level 20

Pot-Limit Omaha

Brian Rast opened to 43,000 in the cutoff and was called by Mike Gorodinsky on the button and Randy Ohel in the big blind. The {j-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop was checked to Gorodinsky, who bet 85,000. Ohel asked for the size of the pot and then made it 410,000 to go. Rast quickly folded and Gorodinsky came to the same conclusion.

"Awful fold," Gorodinsky sighed and Ben Diebold asked him "pocket tens?" to which Gorodinsky slowly nodded.

One hand later, Diebold from under the gun, Ohel in the small blind and Anatolii Zyrin in the big blind headed to the {q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop on which Ohel and Diebold invested 25,000 each. Ohel bet the {5-Hearts} turn for 65,000 to receive a call and checked the {3-Clubs} river.

"How much is in the pot?" Diebold asked the dealer and received an instant "294,000" back. Diebold then bet 210,000 and Ohel folded but retained the lead.
