Four players went to the first draw the small blind drew two, Alejandro Torres drew two in the big blind, Dan Shak drew one in the cutoff and Shaun Deeb drew two on the button. All four players checked the second round of betting.

The small blind drew one, Torres drew two, Shak drew one and Deeb drew two. The action checked to Deeb who bet and was called by the other three players. Deeb was the only one to stand pat the others drew one.

The small blind checked, Torres bet and was only called by Shak. Torres rolled over the nuts by tabling for the wheel.

Amarapu Continues to Be a Thorn in Negreanu's Side

Vasu Amarapu raised from early position and was immediately three-bet by Daniel Negreanu. On Negreanu's left, the in-position player four-bet, and both Amarapu and Negreanu called.

Amarapu stood pat, both Daniel and the third player took one card. Amarapu led with a bet and both players called.

Amarapu again stood pat, both other players again drew one. Amarapu bet again, only to see Negreanu make it two bets before the third player folded. Amarapu thought for a bit and called.

Both players stood pat on the final draw and the action checked through.

Amarapu showed for the dealt nine badugi and took down the pot.

After busting shortly before the last break, Dan Shak on his second entry drew one card on the second draw in the hijack. His opponent on the button drew two cards, Shak bet and was called by the button.

On the third draw Shak drew one and the button stood pat. This did not deter Shak who fired a bet. His opponent was hesitant but eventually made the call. Shak rolled over for the second nuts. The button mucked and Shak has made a quick start with his second bullet.

Negreanu Likes to be Surprised

Daniel Negreanu raised the button and found one caller in the small blind. Both players drew two cards.

Both players checked after the first draw. The small blind stood pat and Negreanu drew two.

After the second draw, the small blind led into Negreanu and was called. The small blind stood pat and Negreanu drew one.

With the final draw complete, the big blind now checked to Negreanu who bet. After a bit of thought, the big blind called.

Negreanu showed for the winner. "I did the thing again. I peeled the last card and didn't know if it was a seven or an eight. I didn't know if I wanted a call or not. I do that a lot in no-limit. There are a lot of fun spots where you bet 1.5x pot and don't care what happens."

This time, the eight was the good kind of surprise and he took down the pot.

Esposito Gets Lots of Bets In

The player in the cutoff raised before finding a three-bet from John Esposito on the button. The out-of-position player made the call. The opener stood pat, and Esposito drew one.

"Again?" said Esposito.

After the first draw, the cutoff player led into Espositio. Esposito eyed his opponent's short stack.

"I've got about 11,000," he told Esposito.

"Alright, raise," said Esposito. Four bets were put in before going to the second draw.

Now, both players drew one card. The player in the cutoff check-called a bet from Esposito.

On the final draw, the cutoff player drew one and Esposito stood pat. Esposito got one final bet in before showing the for the badugi and the winner.
