Couden Hangs Around Until the River

Level 9 : 2,000/3,000, 0 ante

Andre Akkari opened with a raise in the hijack and Joey Couden three-bet on the button. Benjamin Underwood four-bet from the small blind and both Akkari and Couden called.

The flop came {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} and Underwood led out with a bet. Akkari and Couden both called and the {2-Clubs} landed on the turn. Underwood fired out another bet and both players still called.

The river was the {9-Clubs}, putting four clubs on the board. Underwood checked this time and Akkari followed suit. Couden, however, stuck in a bet which got both Underwood and Akkari to lay their hands down.
