Webert Flops a Straight

Level 2 : 300/600, 0 ante

There was a raise from the cutoff and Bradley Webert called from the big blind. Webert also checked blind to the {9-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and his opponent threw in a bet. Webert raised, followed by a three-bet, and Webert capped it.

They went heads-up to the {7-Diamonds} on the turn where both players checked. The {a-Hearts} landed on the river and Webert threw in a bet. His opponent called and Webert tabled {10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} for a straight.

Joey Couden raised it up from under the gun and was called by Nate Silver on the button and Bradley Webert in the big blind. The flop fell {6-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Webert checked to Couden who continued with a bet. Silver called only to have Webert stick in a check-raise. Both Couden and Silver still called.

The turn was the {9-Clubs} and Webert led out with a bet. Couden raised which got Silver to fold, but Webert called.

The {6-Clubs} paired the board on the river and Webert led out with a bet again. Couden quickly called and Webert turned over {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for a full house in order to win another pot.

Brian Lieberman raised it up in early position and was three-bet by Thomas McCormick on his left. Terrence Chan four-bet in the cutoff and Lieberman capped it which was called by both McCormick and Chan.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Lieberman led out with a bet. McCormick raised and Chan just called. Lieberman folded, saying it was pocket kings after the hand.

The turn was the {2-Diamonds} and McCormick fired out another bet. Chan raised this time and McCormick called to see the {7-Spades} on the river.

McCormick check-called another bet from Chan as the Canadian tabled {a-Spades}{a-Hearts} for a set of aces. McCormick flashed the {a-Diamonds} before his cards went into the muck.
