Lamb Gets Karakitukov to Fold

Level 28 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

Ben Lamb limped in with the {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades} and Robert Cowen checked with the {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. On the {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop, both checked and Lamb check-called for 400,000 on the {3-Spades} turn. They checked the {4-Hearts} river and Cowen won a small pot to further extend his lead.

Lamb then raised to 625,000 with the {a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Veselin Karakitukov called in the big blind holding the {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}. Both elected to check and see the {q-Spades} turn for free. They checked once more and the {10-Diamonds} fell on the river.

Karakitukov checked and Lamb bet 950,000 as the Bulgarian immediately asked how much it is before eventually folding.
