Eslami Pats It Down

Level 11

Ali Eslami opened from the button. Steve Zolotow gave up his small blind and Mike Thorpe called out of the big blind.

The first draw saw Thorpe take two cards while Eslami stood pat. Thorpe then checked to Eslami, who continued and was called.

On the second draw, Thorpe drew one card and once again Eslami stood pat. Thorpe then check-called another bet from Eslami.

Thorpe took one last card on the final draw and Eslami patted his hand down before action checked through. Eslami revealed he had been dealt {9-}{8-}{7-}{6-}{3-}, a hand that Thorpe had been unable to outdraw.
