Leng Applies the Pressure

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

While playing the bubble of Online Event #4: $1,000 PLO 6-Max, Ryan Leng called a middle position raise on the button. The big blind also came along to see the {k-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop.

The original raiser led out for 50,000 and Leng quickly bumped it up to 180,000. Both opponents mucked their hand, and Leng revealed {2-Diamonds}{2-Spades} as he took the pot and turned back to his laptop.

Lennon Gets Paid With Top-Top

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Joining the action on the turn the board was {k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}. Jeff Lennon bet 135,000 from early position. His opponent in the small blind called.

The river was the {5-Diamonds} and Lennon fired again when checked to. This time the bet was 190,000. The small blind snap-called but was no good against Lennon's {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}.

The player under the gun opened for 40,000 and Thiago Camilo shoved for 115,000 from the cutoff. The original bettor called.

Thiago Camilo: {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}
Under the Gun: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

Camilo was in a lot of trouble until the {3-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} flop put him way in the lead.

The board ran out {j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Camilo was able to breathe new life.

Zobian Not Stoked About Major Blow

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

In a preflop contest, Ryan Stoker was all in for 550,000 and had the best of it against Aram Zobian. He vaulted out of his seat for other friends such as Conrad Simpson to check out what is happening.

"We got it in for heaps and I am actually ahead," Stoker said as his {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} was exposed. Zobian only had the {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds} and the {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Spades}{k-Clubs} board changed nothing whatsoever, as Zobian was sent back to the drawing board.

Double Knockout Vaults Cahill to Big Stack

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Seamus Cahill
Seamus Cahill

Towards the end of the night, the eliminations kept on coming as the field was whittled down to fewer than 250 contenders. Among the casualties were also Veronica Brill and Faraz Jaka on an action-packed table and they sent their stacks over to Seamus Cahill.

Brill had been all-in for around 450,000 and Jaka had more at his disposal but both were covered easily by Cahill as one of the big stacks on the table.

Veronica Brill: {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
Faraz Jaka: {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Seamus Cahill: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}

The board ran out {8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and both Brill as well as Jaka headed to the payout desk.

Late Double for McDermott

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

John Sova limped in from under the gun and Timothy McDermott then jammed for 235,000. Eduard Garcia Freixa tanked for a long time in the big blind before folding and Sova then reluctantly called.

Timothy McDermott: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
John Sova: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The {10-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} board was no threat by any means for McDermott and he locked up the double.
