A Chop and a Double for Aldemir

Level 14 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante
Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Omaha Hi-Lo

Four ways to the {6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} flop, Craig Chait checked in the small blind and Koray Aldemir bet in the big blind out of a short stack. Mike Gorodinsky called from under the gun and Kristijonas Andrulis raised, Chait called and Aldemir went all-in- Gorodinsky tank-folded while Andrulis reraised to 31,000 for Chait to call.

On the {6-Hearts} turn, Chait check-called a bet and did so again on the {8-Diamonds} river. Aldemir tabled the {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the nut low, which Andrulis also had with the {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}. Chait had the {a-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for a straight and won the high pot.

Aldemir was then all-in after the {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop against Hansu Chu and turned over the {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Chu had the {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Clubs} and the {2-Hearts} turn as well as {9-Hearts} river improved Aldemir on each street to scoop a double.
