Kharasch's Boat Fills Up on River

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Action was picked up with around 7,000 in the pot and a board of {6-Hearts}{q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}.

Frank Kharasch, in the big blind, check raised his opponent's bet of 3,200 to 10,800. After a minute or so, his opponent called.

The {9-Clubs} on the river led to Kharasch firing for 9,000. His opponent again tanked for a minute or two, before making the call and turning over {q-Spades}{10-Spades}.

"Queens full," Kharasch announced, turing over {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}, good for the best hand and the pot.

"Wow. I couldn't put you on that. Nice hand," his opponent said while Kharasch collected his winnings.
